You need to create import rule
I would like to create rule that removes all accounts that has an underscore in the name - these are temps and are not required in the import.
Go to the User Profile service
application and click Synchronization Connections.
Click edit connection filters
to create an exclusion filter.
- Attribute: sAMAccountName
- Operator: Contains
- Filter: _
